Refund policy

Returns:

Frozzle does NOT accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns. If there are any issues with your order then please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

All our Freeze Dried Candies are extremely brittle & Fragile so please order at your own risk.  We do everything we can to protect them while in transit, but unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged.

 

Damaged items:

All orders are packaged with care to ensure your order arrives in mint conditioner. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.

 

If your shipment gets sent back to us for whatever reason and you still want it, you are obligated to pay FULL shipping to have it reshipped. We will send an invoice to the provided email for the exact shipping. We will not refund your order if it gets sent back.
